HOW TO BOOK A BIKE:-

 

SEND US A MAIL OR CALL US AND LET US KNOW THE FOLLOWING:-

  • WHICH CATEGORY OF THE BIKE YOU WANT TO BOOK- 350CC OR 500CC.
  • HOW MANY BIKES YOU WANT?
  • WHAT ARE YOUR TOUR DATES?
  • WHAT IS YOUR TOUR ITINERARY?

THE RENT OF THE BIKE DEPENDS ON THE CATEGORY OF BIKE & THE NUMBER OF DAYS THE BIKE IS HIRED.

ONCE WE KNOW THE ABOVE DETAILS WE WILL MAIL YOU OUR COMPANY'S FORMAT WITH FULL RENTAL DETAILS.

 

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE FOLLOWINGS WITH THE FORMAT:-

  • RENTAL RATES
  • SECURITY PER BIKE
  • LIST OF THINGS TO BE CARRIED ON THE TOUR 
  • OUR OTHER SERVICES

IF,THE ORDER GETS CONFIRMED FROM YOUR SIDE THEN WE WILL MAIL YOU OUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS WHERE YOU CAN TRANSFER A BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS.3,500/ PER BIKE AND CAN GET YOUR BIKE BOOKED FOR YOUR TOUR.

AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THE MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT WE WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION MAIL.

THE BOOKING GETS CONFIRMED ONLY WHEN THE BOOKING AMOUNT IS RECEIVED.

THIS BOOKING AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM THE RENTAL CHARGES.

 

THE BALANCE RENTAL AMOUNT & THE SECURITY AMOUNT IS TOO PAID ON THE DAY YOU COLLECT THE BIKE.

THESE AMOUNTS HAS TO BE PAID BEFORE THE TOUR STARTS.

YOU CAN PAY THEM IN INR OR IN YOUR CURRENCY. THE SECURITY WILL BE PAID BACK TO THE CLIENT IN THE SAME CURRENCY IN WHICH IT HAS BEING DEPOSITED.

TRAVELER CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

 

WE PAY THE SECURITY AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY ONCE THE BIKE IS DELIVERED IN OUR OFFICE. 

 

NOTE:-

 

THE RENTAL DEAL MADE IS A PACKAGE DEAL FOR FIXED DATES.

IF, THE CLIENTS BRING BACK THE BIKE EARLIER THEN THE RENTAL CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS IT’S A PACKAGE DEAL AND IF THE NUMBER OF DAYS GET EXTENDED THEN THE RENTAL PAID PER DAY WILL BE AS ALREADY CHARGED IN THE PACKAGE DEAL.

 

ANY MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE BIKE AND LOSS / USE OF ANY SPARE PART WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

CLIENTS CAN DEPOSIT THE SECURITY AMOUNT IN OUR ACCOUNT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER AND WE WILL TRANSFER THE SAME AMOUNT BACK INTO HIS ACCOUNT.

IN THIS CASE WHERE THE BANK TRANSFER IS MADE FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT , THE CLIENT CAN PAY THE BIKE DAMAGES BY PAYINGSEPARATELY.

FOR THE INDIAN RIDERS

  • DRIVING LICENCE
  • ADDRESS PROOF - PASSPORT / ELECTION CARD / RATION CARD / WORKING ID /ADHAR CARD
  • PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS - 2

WE EXPECT THAT THE CLIENTS SHOULD SEND US THE SCANNED COPIES OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS SO THAT WE CAN MAKE THE PAPERS AND CAN KEEP THEM READY BEFORE THEY COME. THIS SAVES A LOT OF TIME.

 

THE PAPERS WE WILL PROVIDE :-

  • ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF THE REGISTRATION PAPERS OF THE BIKE.
  • THIRD PARTY INSURANCE OF THE BIKE
  • POLLUTION CERTIFICATE OF THE BIKE
  • A RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SIGNED BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND OUR COMPANY WHICH WILL STATE THE FINAL DEAL DONE BETWEEN THE TWO. 

 

THIRD PARTY INSURANCE

 

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. UNDER THIS INSURANCE IF YOU HIT SOME ONE THEN THAT PERSON WHO GOT HIT CAN CLAIM THE INSURANCE UNDER THE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT IF SOME THING LIKE THIS TAKES PLACE THEN TRY TO SETTLE THAT MATTER THERE AND THEN ONLY BY PAYING SOME AMOUNT TO THAT INJURED PERSON. TRY TO MAKE A DEAL BEFORE THE POLICE GET INVOLVED INTO THE MATTER. 

IT'S BETTER THAT YOU SHOULD GET YOUR PERSONAL MEDICAL/ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE DONE BEFORE YOU COME.

DRIVING SAFELY WITH CARE WILL BE YOUR BEST INSURANCE.

 

CLIENTS ARE SUGGESTED TO BRING THEIR OWN ACCIDENTAL AND PERSONAL INSURANCE. 

Cancellation Policy:-

·         Up to Sixty (60) days or more before the tour departure; 100% of the tour amount is refunded

·         Between Forty-five (45) days to Fifty-nine (59) days before the tour departure; 75% of the tour amount is refunded

·         Between Thirty (30) days to Forty-four (44) days before the tour departure; 50% of the tour amount is refunded

·         Twenty-nine (29) days or less before the tour departure; No refunds

          The above are subject to a deduction of Rs.2,100.00 towards administration

Leh Ladakh Fixed Departure Motorcycle Tour |  2016

Fixed Departure Dates for 2016 –

Join us for 2016 Leh Ladakh fixed departure Motor Biking tours which is for 10 days  9 nights starting from Manali and heading towards Leh. Just grab unlimited fun & challenge on motor biking tours crossing world’s top two highest mountain passes with spectacular views of snow capped peaks, rugged terrain, oldest monasteries and most spectacular & picturesque landscapes in the world.

 

Day 1: Manali – Naggar / Solang Valley

Time to fresh up & have some rest. Assemble at Motorbike garage at 2 PM for a small briefing about the tour. Today we take you on acclimatization ride to Naggar village or Solang Valley after lunch. A 35-40km Drive so as to get familiar with the mountain biking. Return back to Manali & spend the rest of evening at leisure or necessary purchases in the market. Overnight at hotel with Dinner.

Day 2 : Manali – Rohtang Pass - Jaspa (Approx 150Kms – 5Hrs Drive)
On your bikes from Manali to Jaspa climbing over Rohtang Pass (3980 m) and enroute crossing several villages of Lahaul valley like Khoksar, Sissu, Gondla, Tandi and Keylong the confluence of Chandra & Bhaga Rivers. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Jispa – Baralacha Pass – Sarchu  - Pang  (Approx 150 Kms – 6 Hrs Drive)
Leave Jaspa in the morning after breakfast. On your bikes from Jaspa to Pang, Enroute crossing Gemur, Jispa, Darcha and over Baralachala Pass (4800m, 15750ft), Sarchu and Pang. On arrival check in at camp. Overnight in camp.

Day 4 : Pang - Thiksey – IndusRiver - Leh (160Kms – 6Hrs Drive)
Leave Pang early in the morning on your bikes to Leh crossing over Naki La (4800m, 15750ft), Lachang La (5065m, 16600ft) and More Plains & reach Tsokhar. Lunch at Tsokhar & then we move to Leh over Tanglang La pass (5300m, 17388ft) which is Worlds IInd highest motorable pass. Enroute visiting, Stoc Palace, Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastry & Indus River. On arrival in Leh by evening check in at hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 : Leh - Khardungla - SheyPalace - Shanti Stupa - Leh (100Kms - 5Hrs Drive)
Move early in the morning for Khardung La to ensure that we reaches  Khardung La without encountering lot of traffic. Once we reach the summit, you can take time out to get your photo taken next to the signboard which says “Khardung La, 18380 ft. (5602 m), Highest Motorable Road in the world”. After spending some time in Khardungla move back to Leh. Visit Shey Palace & Shanti Stupa.

Day 6: Leh Local (100Kms - 5Hrs Drive)
It’s a day of easy drive & visiting local places near Leh, such as Magnetic road, Pather Sahib & Local market of Leh.

Day 7: Leh - Pangong Lake (Camp) (210Kms – 8Hrs Drive)
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (4350m, 14270ft), through Changla Pass (5288m, 17350ft), it is the third highest motorable road in the world. Arrive Pangong, which is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. The lake is 5 km (3.1 mi) wide at its broadest point. All together it covers 604 km. Overnight in camps with dinner.

Day 8 : Pangong Lake - Tsokhar Lake (Camp) (200Kms – 9Hrs Drive)
After breakfast on your bikes back to Tsokhar village & lake. Tsokar is a small but beautiful lake situated in Ladakh. This place is very different from most of the tourist places we get to see. The Tsokar Lake is a salt water lake. The lake is the smallest high altitude lake entirely in India unlike Pangong. On arrival check in and overnight at camp.

   

Day 9 : Tsokhar – Jispa (Approx 210Kms – 10Hrs Drive)
After Breakfast on your bikes from Tsokhar to Jispa crossing over Baralachal La (4850 m) crossing Pang Valley. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Jispa – Manali (135Kms – 8 Hrs Drive)
Move early in the morning with tea & toast for your last day of biking experience. Reach Manali in time crossing Keylong & Rohtang Pass. On arrival check in at hotel. End of your bike tour. Overnight at hotel.

Gateway Of India

The Gateway of India is one of India's most unique landmarks situated in the city of Mumbai. The colossal structure was constructed in 1924. Located at the tip of Apollo Bunder, the gateway overlooks the Mumbai harbor, bordered by the Arabian Sea in the Colaba district. The Gateway of India is a monument that marks India's chief ports and is a major tourist attraction for visitors who arrive in India for the first time. At one point of time, this monument represented the grandeur of the British Raj in India. The total construction cost of this monument was approximately 21 lakhs and the whole expense was borne by the Indian government.

Mahabaleshwar

Mahabaleshwar is a beautiful hill station known for its perfect weather all year round. The jungles of Mahabaleshwar are known for their density and a stunning array of birds and wildlife. Mahabaleshwar was initially engineered to be a health resort. The first governor of Mahabaleshwar, Sir John Malcolm, established the hill station as a recreational getaway in 1829. The hill station is now known for its vast plateau of beautiful roads, forests and plantations. Mulberries, gooseberries and strawberries are popularly grown in this region.
